We’re excited to announce our ambition to combine
Vodafone UK and Three UK into a joint venture. 

 Together, we want to build one of Europe’s leading 5G networks, transform the customer experience, and give better choice and value for mobile and broadband customers across the UK.

With one of Europe’s most advanced standalone 5G networks, we will drive economic growth, innovation and create jobs in all nations and regions. We will solidify the UK’s role as a tech leader in Europe and our network will bring faster speeds and better coverage to every corner of the country, in full support of the Government’s Wireless Infrastructure Strategy ambitions.

We will create a more effective UK mobile competitor with the necessary scale to invest in best-in-class 5G and compete, driving further network, retail mobile and fixed broadband competition. Through converged offers, we will provide a real challenge to the two largest operators. Increasing competition will spur other providers to invest more quickly to build faster networks and compete to drive better value for consumers and businesses across the country.

Together we will have the necessary scale and a great platform to invest, grow and compete.
